Yearly Maintenance

• At LSZ, we stand behind the enduring brilliance of your jewelry. Our complimentary Yearly Maintenance service includes professional cleaning and inspection to ensure your cherished pieces retain their luster. This service is valid for one year from the date of purchase.

Note: If any third-party jeweler modifies or performs work on the piece, LSZ's maintenance service will be voided immediately. In cases of damage, missing stones, or lack of certification, a proportional deduction will be made from the exchange value.

Legal Terms

• Customers must be at least 18 years of age or possess legal parental/guardian consent to make purchases.

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, including but not limited to issues with availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Pricing

• Prices are based on prevailing market rates for precious metals and diamonds and may change without notice.

• The price applicable at the time of purchase or advance payment shall prevail.

• Product details, images, and descriptions may be updated without prior notification.

Orders, Shipment & Payment

• Orders are processed Monday through Saturday (excluding holidays) and are typically shipped within 7–21 business days after confirmation of full payment.

• PAN Card submission is mandatory for orders above ₹200,000. Orders without valid PAN documentation will be cancelled without exception.

• Customers must provide accurate and complete information. Orders with incorrect or insufficient details may be cancelled.

• We accept secure payments via credit card, debit card, and certified gateways such as Razorpay.

Domestic Shipping

• Estimated domestic delivery: 7–21 business days post-processing.

• All domestic orders are eligible for free shipping.

In-store Pickup

• Online orders may be collected from our flagship Hughes Road store, Mumbai.

• Please contact us at least 2 days in advance to schedule your pickup. The e-invoice must be presented upon arrival.

Lifetime Exchange Policy

We offer a Lifetime Exchange Policy for all purchases made within India, subject to the following terms:

• Items must pass LSZ's quality control inspection before any monetary process begins.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, designs, and software, is the exclusive intellectual property of LSZ or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is strictly prohibited.

• Notification of shipping and any changes to delivery timelines will be provided.

• For insurance and logistics purposes, an ID proof of the recipient will be required before delivery. Only the listed individual(s) will be eligible to receive the parcel.

Incorrect Orders / Damaged Items

• Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery via email with attached images of the product and its packaging.

• A complimentary pick-up will be arranged within 48 working hours.

• If found defective due to manufacturing or transit, a prompt replacement will be issued.

Additional Terms

• All LSZ products are fully insured during transit.

• Once shipped, rerouting of parcels is not permitted.
